💡 The activity statuses have been created to provide planners with a clearer overview of the current state of the project's components. Additionally, these statuses are used to filter activities across various modules, allowing users to access them only when they have the appropriate status.

The Basics
Every created activity has a status property that indicates its state. The activity's status impacts its availability in other application modules.
Activity status can be selected manually or can be updated automatically depending on the progress of the activities assignments.
Default statuses
Statues can be customized by the users, but by default, we will have the following ones:
- Plan is the first activity status. By default, recently created activities have this status, unless it has been changed manually by the user. Planned activities can be seen in the Planning, Activities, Floorboard, and Reports modules.
- Production is the step just previous to the activation. This means that the activity has been confirmed and it is ready to be started. In Production activities are displayed in all the modules except in Hours and Progress.
- Active status indicates that the activity has started or can be started by any one of the users. This status allows any user to book some hours on the relative task from the Hours and Progress module.
- Ready is the status just previous to Done. This status can be defined by a threshold in the progress of the related task or tasks. An activity can be considered with a ready status when all the related tasks have progressed near 100%, but without reaching it.
- Done is the completeness status. When all the related tasks have a progress equal to 100%, we can consider the activity as Done. An activity with the Done status is no longer visible in the Activities (unless users decide to show it), Timesheet, Hours and Progress modules.
- Cancel A canceled activity is an activity that will be visible only in the Project, Activities, Floorboard and Reports modules.
- Blocked As for the canceled status, the blocked activities are no longer visible in all the software modules, just in the Project, Activities, Floorboard and Reports modules.
If all the activities of your component have the same status, the status of that component will adjust to match the activities.
The reverse operation is possible, as changing the status of a component will also change the status of the activities contained in it.
