The Gantt chart provides two export options to Excel and PDF formats, depending on your needs:

This option is generated internally and allows filtering by date and by columns (visible or all).
If the selected columns exceed the horizontal space of the chosen format, the output will be split across multiple pages. These pages can be printed and assembled to form a complete chart.
This option exports the Gantt chart exactly as it is displayed on your screen, following a What You See Is What You Get (WYSIWYG) approach. This includes column sorting and any visual customizations.
This export method uses a plugin that shares data with a third-party service.
To enable it, you must activate the following app setting:
EnableGanttExportSelectionMode = True
Data Privacy Warning: If your project contains sensitive information, we do not recommend using this method, as we cannot guarantee data privacy with the third-party service.
The export is produced as a single, unformatted page.
Its dimensions are automatically determined based on the number of columns and the size of the selected project(s).

This module belongs to Medium and Advanced user types.
