<aside> 💡 This chapter is about the Tickets module. It contains multiple workflows explaining the use of Transportation requests.

Transport requests are at their core tickets, with additional information related to transporting large objects at the shipyard. A new line is added to the history of the transport request allowing employees to track their ticket as it moves through the organization. The system will keep track of the history of the request any time a status gets updated or a remark is added.

Each transport request requires activity to complete the transport request itself. In the ideal situation, when an operator accepts a transport request, the system will create an activity that must be completed for the transport request to be considered finished. The activity allows the transport request to be planned, worked on and completed.
