The Gantt chart [2] shows you all the assignments that fit the selected filters. All the assignments’ information are displayed in the table on the left and on the right those assignments are visually represented in the timeline.
Above the table you get Options [3] to:
The buttons Week | Month | Year [4] allow you to select in which time detail you want to see your chart.
The search box [5] allows you to search by text for a certain assignment. The search is applied to every column of the Gantt Chart.
To go back to the starting Floorboard page, click on the Floorboard box [1] .

[6] In the Filter panel on the left you can use to filter information that is relevant for you, e.g. filter the project on which you are currently working. You can do the same for all the other elements displayed in this column.
🎯 Remember that you need to click Apply button to see the changes in the planning based on your newly selected filters.
The Filter Menu [7b] button can be clicked to open all the Gantt chart filters that allow you to change how the timeline visualization is displayed.
The Gantt chart Filter Menu [7] allows you to filter your assignments by activity planning level, to display additional information on the chart as Dependencies, Baselines, Deviation, Overrun, Critical Paths, Free Float, Descriptions, or Duration Prediction.

[8] Stored filter button allows you to store the selected filters (from the left panel, like project and from the top Filter Menu) as personal or global filters. You can access them anytime you need and share them with other users with the same permissions.

[1] Click on Detail Planning in the top navigation bar on the Floorboard Filters page.
[2] The page with your department’s planning will open. To prevent from long time of loading information, the page is empty.
[3] To display the information click on Apply button
[4] The page will load all the data, based on the selected filters. The Gantt chart view will open with the following filters selected by default:

[1] Deselect the filters by clicking on them ([2] it can be unchecking the check-box or just clicking on the button in case of the top filters)
[3] Click Apply to see the changes in the GANTT chart.

[1] Open the Filter Menu and click Reset button.
[2] It will appear a pop-up asking which type of filters you want to reset to default status.
[3] If you select Yes, then all the filters will be reset to default and the GANTT chart will show now the same data as on the start:
[4] If you click No, it will only reset the filters from the Filter Menu. This means that your filters from the left column will stay as they were and the top filters will change to:

Double-clicking on an activity bar in the Gantt will open up the task window where it's possible to change task details. The window contains three pages the General page where you can change task details. The Predecessor and Successor pages are where you can create, delete or update relations between tasks assigned to you, making the changes available to other users.
The General page is where it's possible to update task details such as the task name, add remarks, change the start date, duration and physical progress.
