Walkthrough

When you get inside the activities module you can see different views (TASKS, BUDGETS or GANTT). When opening the module, it will show you the last view in which you worked. You can change it using the arrow next to the page’s name [1].

Filter Department and Project

Use the Filter panel on the left to filter things like Department, Projects and more.

[2] The Department is pre-filtered based on your department. If you belong to a group of departments or a top department with sub-departments, then they will appear in the list to filter from. In the displayed example, the user belongs to only 1 department, so only one option is available and automatically selected.

[3] Filter the Project by selecting one or multiple positions.

When you filter by a project, additional filters (subfilters) automatically appear, tailored to the tags of that project to help filter by selected project structure [5]. Only the structure assigned to the project will be available in these subfilters [6]. You can select them one by one [7] or all at once [8].

Since these subfilters are customized based on the selected project, the number of subfilters displayed will depend on the projects chosen. For example, if you select Project A and filter using its subfilters, adding Project B might show new subfilters (those specific to Project B that aren’t in Project A). However, if you deselect Project A, its subfilters and filtered structures in the common filters will also be removed.

🎯 The Apply button is only available if you have at least selected one department or project.

[9] Click Apply to see the changes in the GANTT chart.

After selecting the project filter you will see more filtering options. The possible options will depend on the content of your selected project.

🎯 Remember that you need to click Apply [9] to see the changes in the planning based on your newly selected filters.
