On the page, you will find a [1] column with the filters which will be useful for filtering tasks that belong to a specific discipline, a project, a component, or more.
In the middle [2] [3] you get the list of tasks that are grouped as default by the project.
The list āTasks Worked Onā [2] contains the active tasks on which the workers recently saved hours in Hours and Progress module.
The list āOther Active Tasksā [3] contains all the other tasks that are active.
In the top left corner [4] is the button that will take you back to the main menu of Floorboard.

[1] Project Name
[2] Task Tile which contains the same information as the Task Tiles in Planboard module. When you double-click on it you will get that task displayed in the main dashboard of Floorboard.
[2a] Details of the task. Name of the:
[2b] Current progress
[2c] Window Start and Window Finish of the task based on the dates indicated in the activity to which this task belongs to. To learn more about activities check Activity tab - create a new Activity
[2d] At the top is displayed Budget and below Hours Worked versus Hours To Go. The Budget and initial Hours to Go are indicated in Planning module when creating Recourses of an Activity. The Hours Worked are calculated based on the input from booked hours on specific task in Hours and Progress module.
[3] Hours To Go which, by default, displays the current number calculated based on the Budget, Worked Hours, and Progress. In this field, the user can update the number. ā ļø To Save the change remember to click the āSaveā button in the top right corner of the page.
[4] Progress - which by default displays the current number calculated based on the Hours To Go and Worked Hours. In this field, the user can update the progress. ā ļø To Save the change remember to click the āSaveā button in the top right corner of the page.
[5] Checkbox to mark if the task is completed. When selected the progress gets automatically updated and changes to 100%. ā ļø To Save the change remember to click the āSaveā button in the top right corner of the page.
[6] Planned Finish is a field where a user can update the Finish date based on the situation at the workstation. By default, it displays in italics the current Planned Finish, which initially is based on the Window Finish indicated in the Planning Module. ā ļø To Save the change remember to click the āSaveā button in the top right corner of the page.

[1] Open the Progress page in Floorboard Module.

[1] In the Progress page click on the Hours To Go input field of a task that you want to update and type the new number.
[2] Click the āSaveā button to save the changes.

[1] In the Progress page click on the Progress input field of a task that you want to update and type the new percentage.
[2] Click the āSaveā button to save the changes.

[1] In the Progress page click on the check box to mark the task as completed.
[2] Click the āSaveā button to save the changes.

[1] In the Progress page click on the Planned Finish input field of a task that you want to update and select a new date from the calendar.
[2] Click the āSaveā button to save the Changes

šÆ You donāt have to click āSaveā after every action. You can edit multiple fields from different tasks and then save all the changes.
ā ļø Be aware that if you leave the page without previously saving the changes all your updates will be lost.
