<aside> đź’ˇ The floorboard dashboard has been made with the supervisors in mind as a portal for them to find relevant information regarding the components their team is or will be working on. The dashboard is an information lookup broken down into a couple of sections.
Here you will learn how to filter and show the component that you are looking for. Additionally, you will learn what you can find in the Floorboard Dashboard and how you can use it.

When you enter the Floorboard module the first thing that you will see is the Filters Page. From here you can select a specific [3] component that you want to review or open another page [1] like Progress, Detail Planning, Resource Graph pages.
Above the available [3] Components list you can [2] Filters that will help you to filter Components that belong to a specific project or a group of specific components (e.g. section, block, assembly, workpackage, etc. )

To view a component in Floorboard module, it needs to fulfill the following requirements:

To open a component just select a desired Component tile from the list. After that will open the Dashboard page.
You might work on multiple projects with a lot of components to choose from. In that case, see below how to use filters to find what you are looking for.

Select a project. The list of components will show now only the ones that belong to this project.
You will see in the filters the next structure type available that belongs to this project, in the example on the right it’s a Block.
The list is based on the Structure Type defined for your department.
Next, you will see the structure types that belong to the previously selected element, in this example there are Workpackages.


The filters that were selected change the color of the text and icon to blue
