List of content
The Gantt chart is a bar chart that illustrates the project schedule. The chart lists activities that need to be performed on the vertical axis and the time interval on the horizontal axis. The width of the horizontal bars on the graph shows the duration of each activity.
When you get inside the activities module you can choose among 3 different views (TASKS, BUDGETS OR GANTT). When opening the page it will show you the last view on which you’ve worked. You can change it using the arrow next to the page’s name [1].
In the GANTT view, you can filter your data in two different ways: [2] Content filter column or/and [3] Gantt chart navigation bar filters to modify how the Gantt chart presents. More information at this page: How to apply filters in Gantt chart
Once you have selected some filters and clicked on Apply, the Gantt chart [4] shows you all the activities that fit the selected filters. All the activities’ information is displayed in the table on the left and on the right those activities are visually represented in the Gantt chart.
In the navigation bar, over the table, you get Options [5] to:
The buttons Week | Month | Year [6] allow you to select in which time detail you want to see your chart. To further change the timespan displayed, hold the CTRL-button and scroll with the middle mouse button.
The search box [7] allows you to search by text for a certain assignment. The search is applied to every column of the Gantt Chart.

Once you filter the Gantt chart you can see all the activities that fit the selected filters. In this table rows representing components and activities are displayed in different colors which mean:
[1] Sky blue: Row you have selected. If you double-click on the raw selected you can edit the component.
[2] Dark Grey: Project
[3] Light Grey: Component
[4] Dark blue: Activity in Level 1
[5] Blue: Activity in Level 2
[6] Light blue: Activity in Level 3
[7] White: Activity in Level 4 or 5 (Level 5 is not very common and is a child of Level 4)
The levels go from Generic (Level 1) to Specific (Level 4) activities.
To add a new activity below, you have to Click on the button [8] on the left of the row and a Pop-up appears requiring you to fill out the information about the activity.
In case you want to add the new activity in a different position or with a different level (Below, above, or as a child of the project) you can click on the arrow next. [9] You can see more info about this in ‣
If you want to display more table columns you should go to the headers and right-click on any of the headers [10]. There you can select the options that will appear on your own Gannt Chart table.

By hovering over an activity bar on the Gantt chart the system will show details about the activity.

In the GANTT view you can search and select your project from the [3] Content filter column. You have a filter dedicated to the project.
Once you’ve selected a project, the project’s structures will appear in the content filter and you will be able to further filter you project’s contents [4].
Click on Apply and the Gantt chart [5] shows you all the activities of your selected project. All the activities’ information is displayed in the table on the left and visualized in the Gantt chart timeline.
